Coaching ID Card

All coaches are required to obtain an Identification Card.Please input all information onto the form as it appears on your Exposure Events roster. A maximum of 4 Coaches are allowed per roster. 

Coaches are required to present their Identification Card to receive coaches wrist bands and they must be visible while on the bench during games. 

If you are a coach but do not have your Identification Card you will be required to pay daily spectator admission, and will not be permitted to sit on the bench.

All request must be made by the event registration deadline.
